· Birth date and time (for BaZi readings)
· Shipping address (for product orders)
How we use your information:
· To deliver your BaZi report
· To ship your products
· To answer your questions
What we do NOT do:
❌ Share your birth info with third parties
❌ Sell your data
❌ Use your info for marketing without your consent
Data retention:
· Lifetime service users: Your chart is saved securely for future consultations
· All other users: Your birth info is deleted after your report is delivered
Security: All data is encrypted. We use secure payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) — we never store your credit card information.
Your rights: You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing fengshuiwen85@gmail.com.
For EU residents (GDPR):
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request deletion, email fengshuiwen85@gmail.com with subject “GDPR Deletion Request”. We will respond within 30 days.
Note: Lifetime service users cannot retain access to future consultations after deletion.
For California residents (CCPA):
We do not sell your personal information. You have the right to request deletion of your data. Email fengshuiwen85@gmail.com with subject “CCPA Request”.
