No returns or exchanges.
Each product is made to order using your personal data. Once the production process has started, the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read the product description carefully and be certain about your decision before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Only:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We will replace it at no cost to you. This is the only exception.
Note on Natural Materials:
Natural wood and stone vary in color and texture. Your piece may differ slightly from photos — this is not a defect and is not eligible for return. This is clearly stated on every product page.
Services (BaZi Readings):
Full refund available within 7 days if no report has been sent. Once the PDF report has been delivered, no refund is available (reports are customized for you).
